		West Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. Large family friendly accommodation which is also highly suitable for sporting lets. Sight-seeing and walking - Beautiful fishing villages, fairy-tale castles, distilleries, museums, & the highest mountain road in the UK are all nearby. Both gentle flat walks and serious Munro hill walking are just outside the front door. Fishing – increasing numbers of salmon have been caught on our stretch of the River Carron and on the river system as a whole. Also plenty of trout – sea and brown. Please see Estate Rules and tell us if you want to fish. More info. Stalking and shooting – stag and hind stalking may be available. More info.

EXTRA GUEST – £50 will be added for bookings of 9 people when a folding single bed will be available.

UNDEROCCUPANCY (less than 4 people) OR LATE BOOKING REDUCTIONS (within 6 weeks) may be available.

SHORT BREAKS

During School holidays (High season, Easter, all half terms, Christmas and New Year dates)  only full seven night bookings will be taken.  At other times we offer short breaks at approximate costs below.

2 or 3 night break       costs 75% of weekly rate 
4 night break              costs 85% of weekly rate 
5 nights                      costs 95% of weekly rate

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR WEST COTTAGE

The Weat Cottage  rentals quoted are for up to 8 people and are inclusive of oil for the central heating, electricity and logs for the open fire and of wifi internet access in the sitting room.  When West Cottage is taken together with Glencarron Lodge there will be a maximum of  24 people between the two properties.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS AT WEST COTTAGE:   Bed linen and towels are included at West Cottage except when it is taken together with Glencarron Lodge when there will be a charge of £10 per person-bed-change for the supply of bed linen and towels.
